Project Overview
An aerospace sub-tier supplier needed contoured aluminum housings with tight positional tolerances and minimal setup changes across a medium-volume run. BantuProduksi provided full MaaS coverage — material certification, 5-axis programming, in-process probing, CMM inspection, and anodized surface finishing — from our metal fabrication partners in Indonesia.
The client supplied IGES models and a detailed quality plan. We machined first-article parts, submitted full dimensional reports, and after approval produced 800 units in three release lots. Complementary laser-cut sheet metal inserts were nested and finished in parallel to reduce overall lead time.
