Flat-pack desk and shelving units for a co-working operator — 350 sets across two locations.
Project Overview
A co-working space operator expanding in Bali and Yogyakarta needed durable, brand-consistent desk and shelving units that could ship flat and assemble on site. BantuProduksi managed the full MaaS workflow — CAD optimization for CNC nesting, local plywood sourcing, precision routing, edge banding, and kit packaging.
The client's interior designer supplied reference dimensions and finish samples. We converted those into production-ready toolpaths, produced a full-scale mock-up for approval, and delivered 350 flat-pack sets with labeled hardware bags and illustrated assembly guides in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
