Project Overview
An industrial equipment distributor based in Jakarta needed repeatable sheet-metal brackets and mounting plates for a new product line. BantuProduksi acted as their Manufacturing-as-a-Service partner — handling material procurement, nesting optimization, laser cutting, deburring, and dimensional inspection from our facility in Indonesia.
The client provided STEP drawings and tolerances down to ±0.1 mm on critical features. Our team ran first-article samples on fiber laser equipment, validated fit against their assembly fixtures, and scaled to recurring production runs of 1,200 parts per batch with full traceability documentation.
